When you engage with our quant labs for consultation or system inquiries, we collect your name, email address, and professional affiliation. This allows us to maintain a professional record of our collaborative research and providing bespoke technical support.
Technical Telemetry
To ensure the stability of our digital infrastructure, we automatically record non-identifying technical data including IP addresses, browser versions, and session durations. This data is used solely to optimize the performance of our web-based analytical tools.
2. Strategic Utilization
Your data remains within the administrative control of Bangkok Quant Labs. We utilize gathered information to:
- Refine our proprietary trading algorithms based on user interaction feedback.
- Distribute research whitepapers and system updates that you have specifically requested.

3. Retention & Disposition
We do not believe in perpetual data storage. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, or as required by Thai financial regulations.
Once the retention threshold is reached, data is moved to a cryptographic "dead zone" for permanent deletion or rendered into an anonymized state where it can no longer be linked to any individual person, supporting our long-term research without compromising individual privacy.

Right of Access
You may request a complete transcript of the personal data we hold about you at any interval, provided it does not compromise proprietary quant labs trade secrets.
Right to Rectification
If your professional details or contact information change, we are obligated to update our master records within 30 business days.
Right to Erasure
Commonly known as the "Right to be Forgotten," you can request total deletion of your profile, subject to existing contractual or regulatory obligations.
Data Portability
Upon request, we will provide your data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to other analytical providers.
